| Nico Wohldorf conceptualized
Wohldorf Systems, Inc. in 1999. The company obtained formal registration with the
Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines on November 17, 1999 and started
operations on January 1, 2000 at it's new office in Ortigas Center. |

| Nico Wohldorf is the Managing
Director of Wohldorf Systems, Inc. He specializes in ERP system implementation projects.
Over the last 9 years, Nico Wohldorf helped more than 20 clients with the implementation
and improvement of their respective PeopleSoft (formerly J.D. Edwards) ERP systems. His
industry experience includes discrete, mix-mode and process manufacturing, distribution,
chemicals, packaged goods, electronics, automotive, etc. Nico Wohldorf supported
PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne and World clients in the Philippines, Malaysia, China, Japan,
India, Saudi Arabia, Jordan and the USA. |
